At A One Massage Spa, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both clients and staff. To protect everyone involved, we have established the following policies:
- Zero Tolerance for Inappropriate Behavior
- Any form of inappropriate comments, gestures, or actions toward staff or other clients is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to solicit services outside of the scheduled treatment or of a sexual nature will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client may be permanently banned.
- Clear Communication & Boundaries
- All services provided will be discussed before the session begins to ensure mutual understanding and comfort.
- Therapists will only provide the services listed on the official service menu.
- Clients are required to remain properly draped at all times during the session.
- CCTV & Safety Measures(if applicable)
- Common areas are monitored by security cameras to ensure the safety of both clients and staff (no cameras inside treatment rooms).
- Sessions may be logged with start and end times for record-keeping.
- Consent & Comfort
- Clients are encouraged to speak up at any time during the service if they feel uncomfortable or need adjustments.
- Therapists also have the right to end a session if boundaries are crossed or inappropriate behavior occurs.
- Incident Reporting
- Any inappropriate allegation or incident will be documented immediately.
- Both the client and therapist may be asked to provide statements.
- We reserve the right to involve law enforcement if necessary.
